The Green Chile Restaurant
Our signature green chili has it’s origins in the southwestern villages of New Mexico and Arizona. It’s a delicious blend of green chiles and tender pork, spiced to perfection. It’s also a family favorite and we highly recommend it! Our red chili gravy has it’s origins in Texas. It’s a milder option and a crowd-pleasing family recipe that has been refined to perfectly compliment our specialties. Remember, there is no wrong answer to the great southwest question, “red or green?” And if you can’t decide, order it “Christmas”!
